Update on life

Zoe just keeps getting bigger and bigger although she is sliming down in the process. She has been back to her usual self since her teeth came in and is still very outgoing and friendly and gives a big smile at anyone who looks her direction.

While she still is very found of Juanita she is also growing very close to our small group. Escpecially Suzzie and Sheena.

With Jess working more now Zoe and I have gotten a lot more attached - which doesn't bother me a bit. :-)
Zoe goes to work with me on Sat and Sun and loves hanging out in the sound booth and playing with her computer mouse and keyboard. Although she loves her daddy she is still really a mommies girl. She says "ma ma" on a pretty regular basis and that gets her pretty much whatever she wants from mommy.


Zoe now takes bathes without her little seat. She is quite proud of herself.


Zoe is also still trying to crawl. I'm not sure if she is just spoiled and already gets everything she want so she doesn't she the need . . . or if she is just lazy. :-) She never has liked being on her belly. From the first time we laid her down she knew she hated it. Because of that she attempts to crawl from sitting up. She gets this far then just sits back.


Oh well, it will happen soon enough! She's already growing up too fast.

My New Teeth

Second Tooth

Zoe's second tooth finally busted through. As soon as they are up enough I'll post pictures.

Getting Mobile

Zoe isn't crawling yet but she has figured out how to scoot herself backwards. She scoots all over the place. Last night she scooted herself right under a chair.

When kids get quiet.......

The other night Jon and I were in the kitchen talking while Zoe was in the living room playing with her container of puffs. Zoe is constantly talking and making noises. We noticed that it had been quiet in there for a while so we went to investigate. As you can see she had gotten the lid off of her puffs and had spilled them all over. So as most parents already know and we just discovered, when kids get quiet, that's when you need to worry about what is going on.

Happy 7 Months

Zoe is seven months old today!!!

Since Zoe got her first tooth we had to get her a toothbrush. Jon was joking aroung that she was a hillbilly because we told her to brush her tooth instead of teeth!

First Tooth

After a dramatic Friday night of Zoe screaming, empty Tylenol bottles lying on the floor, miles put on the rocking chair, a pacing path worn in the carpet, baby oragel smeared every where, a frustrated father, and a weary mother..............ah hum(drum roll please!)
