Time for sleep

As most of you know we just place Zoe in her bed and let her go to sleep on her own. This has been more difficult since she moves all around her bed. She often rolls onto her stomach and then gets mad because she doesn't like to sleep on her stomach.

This also causes some issue when she gets herself into a corner and can't get out. Here is such an instance. . . at least we know she can sleep in any position.

Zoe: The beach bum

It's been quite a while since we have been to the beach. Zoe was too little to enjoy it and taking her required more work than it was worth.
So yesterday we decided it was time to take our baby back to the beach. She loved everything about it. She loved the waves coming in . . . splashing in the water . . . and the yummy taste of sand. :-)

Out with the Old, In with the NEW!

There have been some changes in the "Hood." As most of you know, Zoe is quite the big little girl. I had been noticing that her bathtub was getting too small but when I put her in the bathtub by herself she just slipped around and couldn't sit up very well by herself. I found this little seat for her to sit in and it's bye, bye to the baby bathtub. She loves her new way of taking a bath. The only problem is I can't get her out!!!





With Zoe being the size that she is, she was quickly growing out of her baby car seat. She didn't like being put in it because she didn't have any wiggle room.

Here she is in her new big girl car seat and you can see she is thrilled.

Go Colts!

Friday night while we were in Indy, Kaylee had her birthday party. As you can see Kaylee, Brooklynn, and Zoe were also gearing up for the first Colts game that weekend.

Trip to Indiana

We took a trip to Indiana this past weekend for Jon's mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary. While we were there Zoe enjoyed spending time with grammy and grampy.
