We have always put Zoe to sleep on her back. Now that she is getting more mobile every day, she found a new way to sleep. I guess she'll be a stomach sleeper like her mom and dad.

A Day at the Park
The weather cooled off after Fay came through so we decided to take Zoe to the park. She didn't show much expression, but I think she liked it.

The Way She Was
The other night when Jon and I were putting Zoe to bed we, like most parents, were bemoaning the fact that Zoe is growing to quickly. I said, "Remember that little burrito wrapped bundle we used to lay in this crib?" So here I am with a 4 1/2 month old already reminiscing about the "good ole days."

Playpen
Yesterday Zoe was having some play time in the playpen. Supposedly this is a good way for them to develop their concentration.
Looks like it's working!

Peek-a-boo
Zoe doesn't really like the scare that comes with the boo when playing peek-a-boo. So here is our own version.

Falling down on my job
So it's simple. My job is to post the video.
Jess does the pictures and keeps the family and friends up to date and I post video. We all see how that's working out . . .
So I got some time Sunday afternoon so I figured I'd edit some video. (Not like I do that all week or anything)
Anyway, these are older but still cute. This one is of Zoe and I singing a 50's song about a racing car. :-)

4 Month Check-up
Zoe went today for her 4 month check-up at the doctor. As you can tell from all the pictures she is doing great. She weighed 17 pounds!! She is 25 inches tall. The doctor said she looked great and to keep up what we are doing.
Yesterday we went and purchased Zoe a highchair of sorts. I didn't want the big free-standing ones because they take up too much room. So we got this one that straps to a chair. As you can tell by the pictures she was pretty pleased with the outcome.
Last night Zoe kept wanting to drink out of my cup so finally I let her. Of course she doused herself. I remembered that I had these sippy cups so I put her milk in it thinking she might not catch on and drink from it. Boy was I wrong. She went to town. My little baby's all grown up. (insert tear!!)

Four Months Old
Happy Birthday to Zoe a day late.
Zoe is beginning to sit up by herself. She has also rolled over a couple times.
This is Zoe in her walker. She doesn't get very far in it because her feet don't touch yet, but she has fun playing with the toys.
Jon is here behind Zoe to catch her if she falls. This shirt is for Kaylee. When she was here visiting I was very frustrated because everyone thought Zoe was a boy. Kaylee suggested that I get a shirt that said, "I'm not a boy!" I found this shirt the other day and of course I had to buy it. Hopefully everyone will get the message!
